Honourable Kent H. Davidson Announced as the New Chief Justice
The Court of King’s Bench of Alberta announced the appointment of the Honourable Kent H. Davidson as the new Chief Justice of the Court of King’s Bench.
Chief Justice Davidson replaces the Honourable Mary T. Moreau, who was appointed to the Supreme Court of Canada on Nov. 6, 2023.
