David Nahwegahbow is a long-time advocate for First Nations’ rights, representing the interests of First Nations Peoples in various levels of court regarding land claims, treaty rights, title cases and more. He is a founding partner of his firm Nahwegahbow Corbiere.
Racquel Fraser’s work has focused on legal issues of Indigenous Peoples across Canada, including representing approximately 200 residential school survivors in the independent assessment process between 2012 and 2017.
