With new Construction Management (CM) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) construction documents coming soon, the Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC) is thrilled to be hosting in-person seminars in Spring 2025.

Over 30 seminars will be delivered across Canada between April 28 and May 22 by the CCDC authors themselves. Attendees will be guided on the use and application of the following new documents, which they will also receive usable copies of:

• CCDC 5A ‘Construction Management Contract – for Services’
• CCDC 5B ‘Construction Management Contract – for Services and Construction’
• CCDC 17 ‘Stipulated Price Contract for Trade Contractors on Construction Management Projects’
• CCDC 30 ‘Integrated Project Delivery Contract’
• CCDC 30-G ‘Guide to the Integrated Project Delivery Contract’
