The Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta has announced that a draft of the revised Family Practice Note 2 is available. The Court is requesting suggestions or comments regarding its structure and content. The CBA Family Section (North) is facilitating an informal meeting to provide an opportunity for all members of the family bar to provide feedback directly to Madam Justice Yungwirth regarding the draft Practice Note 2.
