It is alleged that Ms. Mercier made misrepresentations to the Court and failed to immediately correct those misrepresentations on the record and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
It is alleged that in her written communications to the Law Society and to the Court, Ms. Mercier used language and made comments about other parties’ counsel that were inflammatory, offensive and unprofessional and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
