Issue 56:3 of the Alberta Law Review Now Available
This special issue of the Alberta Law Review is titled Law, Justice, and Reconciliation in Post-TRC Canada. This issue reflects on the 2015 Final Report of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada including how Indigenous peoples are impacted by the legal system and the challenges that are still being faced in reconciliation. Specifically, the articles deal with topics such as Indigenous Community Courts, cannabis and the rights of Indigenous peoples, the duty to consult, and other legal topics surrounding reconciliation.
