Contact the Practice Advisors by any of these three methods during business hours Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please note that the Law Society office will be closed from noon on Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2024, through Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025. Our office will re-open for regular business on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025.:Â
- Via phone at 1.866.440.4640 (toll-free) or 587.390.8462;Â
- Via Email using our Practice Advisor Email Form; or,Â
- By booking a prescheduled 30-Minute consultation with a Practice Advisor (based on availability)Â
Please note that prescheduled consultation timeslots with a Practice Advisor are based on a specified portion of their weekly work schedule. These timeslots are not indicative of their total availability in any given week.Â
Urgent matters will be responded to within the same or following business day. Urgent criteria include:Â
- Same or next day real estate closings;Â
- Same day or next day court matters/court filings; or,Â
- Public, client and lawyer safety concerns (Please Note: these are defined as immediate threats of harm by clients to themselves or others, including the lawyer)Â
Practice Advisors will limit conversations when possible to a maximum of 30 minutes to assist as many contacts as possible. Â We ask that you do not submit multiple inquiries on the same matter, as this may delay a response.Â
