1. It is alleged that Amanda Ovaici brought the administration of justice into disrepute by submitting an explicit video, recorded without the knowledge of the subjects, to the Court and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
2. It is alleged that Amanda Ovaici was not candid with the Law Society in her response to the Complaint.
