1. It is alleged Dana I. Carlson failed to serve his client, R.S., in a timely, conscientious, and diligent manner and that such conduct is deserving of sanction; and
2. It is alleged Dana I. Carlson failed to reply to communications from the Law Society of Alberta and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
