1. It is alleged Joseph B. Amantea signed and swore affidavits of execution attesting that he had witnessed an individual sign documents when he had not witnessed the individual sign the documents and that such conduct is deserving of sanction; and

 2. It is alleged Joseph B. Amantea acted in a conflict of interest and that such conduct is deserving of sanction,
