1. It is alleged that Lior Samfiru failed to promptly transfer the client file of N.W. upon the departure of her lawyer from his firm, and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
2. It is alleged that Lior Samfiru attempted to influence N.W. to withdraw her Law Society complaint and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
