- It is alleged that contrary to the directions of the Court, Mary Odiase drafted a Bill of Costs and submitted the Bill of Costs to the Review and Assessment Officer, without providing a copy to opposing counsel or allowing the opposing party to agree to the costs as proposed and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
