1. It is alleged that Peter Shipanoff failed to ensure that funds of his client R.H. were deposited in the firm’s trust account and recorded in the firm accounting records as required by Rules 119.1 and 119.28, and that such conduct is deserving of sanction;

2. It is alleged that Peter Shipanoff failed to ensure that funds of his client D.F. were promptly deposited Into the firm’s trust account and recorded in the firm’s accounting records as required by Rules 119.1 and 119.28, and that such conduct is deserving of sanction; and

3. It is alleged that Mr. Shipanoff failed to properly supervise his staff and that such conduct is deserving of sanction.
